Whether you prefer to use the equipment in the Fitness Center or participate in classes, there are many ways to stay in shape all year long!
Certified instructors teach a wide variety of fitness classes, including Yoga, Body Sculpting, Zumba, Water Aerobics and more. Classes are held in the fitness studio or pool.
Exercise according to your own pace and schedule in the Fitness Center. Improve your physical condition by using the cardio weight training equipment, strength training equipment or both. The Fitness Center is open from 6am to 10pm daily.
If you want support for weight management or flexibility/strength training, personal trainers will provide you with a safe, effective program.
